Our restaurant adheres to the Slow Food Alliance, a pact between cooks and small producers to promote good, clean and fair foods of the territory and save biodiversity.


 The Presidia are Slow Food projects that protect small quality productions to be safeguarded, made according to traditional practices.

 The Ark of Taste is a catalog of products that belong to the culture and traditions of the whole world and that are in danger of disappearing.

THE BREAD BASKET

 

The bread we serve is produced by `Il Forno dell’Angolo di Luca Scarcella`: in addition to type 1 wheat flour sandwiches with brewer’s yeast and scones with extra virgin olive oil, you can find some slices of a `miccone` bread made with Petra®Evolutiva flour from organic cultivation with natural selection with mother yeast. The `grissini stirati` breadsticks are instead produced by `AgriBiscotto di Rudy Marangon`.
